"Terrible delivery customer service"	12/28/10, 8:59 PM
sweetmelissa007 43, Female 1	I called Jimmy Johns at 7pm ish placed a order for two subs-one for me and one for my child. The guy taking the order had no clue what he was doing-he took my order and said we will delivery asap-i asked do you have my address because I did not give it to him-he said yes by phone and hung up. I called 5 min later to make sure they had my apt number and it turns out they did not have an address on me at all. So I gave them my address explained where I lived name of apt complex and such. We waited and waited and no delivery so i called an hour and half later-where is our delivery? (don't they say it is fast on the commercials) The lady (manager) who I had already gave my address to said it was on its way if we do not hear from delivery in 15 min to call back. Almost exactly 15 min later the delivery guy calls from Jimmy Johns to say he is sorry we are not in the delivery area. I asked for manager who told me he was out looking for my address to deliver but had not found it. 9just wondering if you were a manager and your delivery guy was missing for an hour or so would you be worried) She informed me that if I wanted to come and pick it up it would be free-however I was not past the part where she told me I was out of the delivery area TWO HOURS LATER!! I told her to keep her subs and we would not be back- hello Subway and Jersey Mikes!! they don't delivery-but then again neither does Jimmy Johns!!
